Bought a bed from furniture Village, in the paper work it said it would be guaranteed for 10 year, after 2 year the mattresses is sagging and not fit for purpose, after paying £1449.00 for geltouch 3000 sleepeezee and sending photos from the gateshead furniture Village one of the staff sent the photos from my phone to the care team, same day the care team phoned to say they could do nothing as I had been sitting on the bed, I explained the matteress was totally sagging right around the mattress and I had to sit on the bed to get into the bed. Then he said it was a manufacture fault. They won't send someone out to have a look at the matteress. He said he would contact the manufacture and phone us back in a few days.
