Don’t buy a bed from furniture village
Don’t buy a bed from furniture village. They sold my parents a divan bed and mattress combined. Within a few months the mattress was faulty. They replaced the mattress but once again the mattress has broken and is faulty. They have said this is a product fault but will only offer my parents £250 towards a new mattress. They won’t replace the matresss which has a design fault. This is wrong. They have sold a faulty product and will not replace it. Wrong
