Paid £3,000 for a corner sofa and the leather surface is peeling on one back rest they seem to think this is OK after 2 years, strange as they talk about a 20 year warranty but that is only the frame.
Maybe they should put a sign on their furniture saying THIS UPHOLSTERY WILL BE SHOT IN TWO YEARS EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE IT MUCH, AND WE COULDN'T CARE LESS AS WE HAVE BANKED YOUR CASH!
