We ordered a lot of furniture in August making it perfectly clear that we couldn't accept delivery until the earliest December as we were having a major renovation on the house
From November the warehouse have been bullying us to accept the furniture. There has been a little delay in the work so we asked if we could take deliver this coming w/b 13th January. The shop (Plymouth) were great and said that was no problem, but unfortunately their staff in the warehouse don't sing to the same tune
Plymouth warehouse, I don't want to hear about your policies and procedures as to why I have to take delivery when you say. Our 'contract' was with the shop, not you. If you have a problem with what the shop tell us then talk to them and stop hassling the clients
Shop staff were lovely and helpful. Warehouse staff? Oh dear!
