I am looking to buy new lounge furniture but thank goodness I read the appaling reviews written by people who purchased from Furniture Village.
After reading the about poor quality items and dreadful customer service my advice would be to anyone with a serious complaint to gather all your evidence and take them to the Small claims court.
This is not a difficult process.
