After care following purchase of products is horrendous and warranties are not honoured. 2 year warranty but advised "if it were to have happened, it would have earlier". Have a look at further reviews in relation to this (I wish we had) before purchasing any products. Spent £7,000 at our local store to not be able to replace a singular sofa cushion that is faulty and no escalation process other than citizens advice. Disappointed to say the least as we initially loved our purchases.
