Rwclung sofa chair was left with me for 4 months after their engineer found seat and electrics faulty.
Had to sit on a chair uncomfortable for this period whilst they awaited a part.
Having complained the delay is unreasonable they ignored me and refused to give me their company secretary name to issue proceedings
