Their customer service is very bad once they have sold the product. I purchased a sofa in Brighton store last week and wanted to amend my order to a different material, so I called the store within the 48-hour window. I was told to leave a voicemail regarding my request and that they would call me back. They didn't call me back, so I called again the next day and got the same message. When I finally got through to someone in the customer support team in the store, they told me that I had missed the 48-hour deadline, but that they would contact their supplier in China to see if it was possible to change the order. I was shocked to find out that our sofa is made in China. I asked the salesperson who sold us the sofa where it was made. He never said that it was made in China.
I never received any calls from them regarding my request to change the material, and I had to call them repeatedly. They said that if I wanted to change the material, I would have to pay extra. I am really sad and disappointed about this because I called them within the 48-hour window to amend my order, and their message said they would call me back. This was my first order from Furniture Village, and I had planned to buy beds and a dining set from them. However, as they are not addressing my concerns, I don't want to purchase from them.
