Showroom staff very good, but once they have your money there is nothing good about Furniture Village. My order placed in March was faulty with items missing...... I did ALL the chasing to eventually get a replacement in September- this being worse that the original !! The debacle continues and now it’s November with no conclusion. Avoid this company !!
