The after sales service is almost non existent
My sofa was under guarantee and broke before the warranty ran out and when I called furniture village I was put on hold for ages then they said they would send an engineer out.
They failed to call me back with a date and over the next 3 weeks or so I had to call them several times as they would not call me and this cost me over £20.00 in access charges and premium call charges.
I would never buy from them again.
