Brought sofa, from furniture village mk , picked a colour from a swatch in store order.. ( grey colour ) near entrance door,
Get it delivered and it’s looks brown. They don’t tell you at the time of ordering that it changes colour when you get home . Been calling all week, day after it got delivered... And was within my rights .im not happy with it .. Called customer care team , but they didn’t “care “. Went to store, spoke to store manager was very rude , to me .cant believe they won’t swap it , I’m taking this further this is disgusting.
