Protective rings on 4 Lazio barstools disintegrated, ruining an Amtico floor. Furniture Village passed me from Customer Service to Watford store, to Customer Service, to Watford store and back to Customer Service. Three promised call-backs never happened and now Furniture Village say they aren't prepared to do anything.
