My furniture has arrived poorly packaged and damaged and by their own admission on the packaging they have reduced the packaging to reduce the impact on the environment it is just a shame it didn't reduce the impact on the actual furniture.
Initial emails sent yesterday had no response and the response today after several more emails is less than encouraging.
A complete micky mouse company and I would encourage anyone to look elsewhere before purchasing anything from this company.
