Can anyone assist as to where to go from here as I am getting nowhere with the customer care team, I am left with a bed that was broken on arrival, which they refuse to do anything about. I have over charges on my fiance, which again they refuse to do anything about.
I am having sleepless nights over this. I am thinking, smalls claims is next, I have so much evidence in writing, I can't believe how bad they are
