Will never buy from Furniture Village again!
Bought a new bed frame and mattress from furniture village in October for nearly £2000. Followed all the guidelines but 7 months later found mould on the underside of the mattress. Contacted furniture village who said it must be my fault and have offered no replacement or even as explanation as to how this has happened. Substandard products and awful after sales service. Will not be back and advise anyone to avoid buying from furniture village.
