Bought seasons sofa, complained as the material started bobbling after 2-3 months and the sofa was very rarely sat on. Was told spoke to manufacture and this is normal, was told to buy a de bobbler. (I have email confirmation of this)
They want your money then are not prepared to do anything to help you. My cousin bought a very similar sofa from next, she has 6 children and had the sofa a long time no bobbling at all on her sofa.
My advice go elsewhere if you don’t want to waste your money and be left with a product that’s looks terrible.
