Very poor experience. Ordered a mattress that was said to be available over 10 weeks ago and we are still not in receipt.
Chased them numerous times via phone and email to no avail.
My last email was sent over a week ago and I have still not had a courtesy of a reply or details of their formal complaints procedure. This is unacceptable. Stay well clear of this Mickey Mouse firm.
Disgrace.
