order a sofa 12 weeks ago, i was told it wont be as long a 12 weeks, they now tell me after calling them for the last 5 weeks, it going to be November which means 17 weeks so a 3rd of the year spent waiting, i understand Covid but lets stop hiding, so i now have nowhere to sit.
this company is rubbish especially the Thurrock branch, dont call them as the woman i spoke to was one of the rudest people i have ever spoken to, she would not let me talk.
