Literallythe worst experience I’ve… Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had, basically they sold me a faulty computer chair with spring in that fired out and nearly killed my kid, then they collected the chair (presumably to get rid of the evidence) and have neither refunded me the money or offered to replace the chair despite regular chasing over nearly a year! Left feeling like I’ve been robbed. Seriously, the poor reviews on this company are not just limited slow deliveries, if you end up like me they’ll take your money and leave you with nothing but an empty wallet! The company should be shut down - next stop the ombudsman, suggest you all complain.
