Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a chair but then i wanted to exchange it for a different one, and was initially told it would be super easy and I would 'definitely not have to pay' any fee for returning the chair.
I was told all I had to do was email a photo of the chair that arrived, and a link of the chair I had intended to buy and they would exchange it for me, simple, they said! So that's what I did. And I waited. I chased. I spent hours on hold.
But then I was told they couldnt exchange it but they'd pick up the chair and then i could order the new one but I wouldn't have to pay. I then chased and chased for 2 weeks with emails ignored, being told multiple times id be called back and I wasn't.
After 2 weeks I was told that I had to pay £19 for them to pick up the chair.
Why did it take 2 weeks of my time chasing and being ignored for them to decide it was going to cost me £19 to exchange for a more expensive chair.
It then took another 2 weeks of me calling asking to speak to a manager before someone called me. The manager refused to listen to me and said that I had to pay, despite the hours of stress and my time already spent.
Obviously I am not going to order the more expensive chair now.
