Would not address defects in a badly made office chair - Does not match the description – “Deep cushioned seat and back pads” – you can actually feel the hard base, it does not provide extra cushioning, I have to use a cushion to sit on a so called "24hr chair". The independent seat tilt only tilts down from level, not as shown on the advertising diagram to tilt up. The independent seat tilt loses it’s level (drops from level position to tilting down). Quote from the supplier "I would unfortunately be unable to guarantee a deep cushion" Advertising description – “Deep cushioned seat and back pads”. "In regard to the small diagram, the one that we use which is similar to yours is a generalised diagram for seat tilt functions that is not representative of the chair in question and is not modelled for each specific chair." ! Customer Service refused a refund, or repair (supplier said they couldn't repair) despite being well within 6 months of purchase. I wouldn't touch Furniture At Work with someone else's barge pole! DO NOT USE!
