NEVER MIND COVID...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Never mind Covid...... avoid this company like the plague!!!!
Their "customer services" is like "computer says no!"
Only offer 7am till 7am delivery slots,,, require a signature ....... and then they don't deliver on that day
Dreadful!!!!
Phoned them the next day.....their attitude is "you need to re book your delivery day.... with another 12 hour delivery slot"
I contacted the courier company myself to arrange a delivery and when it arrived...the bed was broken.... and refused
DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY
