Had problems since day 1. We were given a delivery date and it didn't turn up so I spoke to customer service who assured me it would be delivered the following day. It didn't turn up for a second time so wasted 2 days sitting in for nothing. Customer services failed to let me know either time that it wasn't going to be delivered.
When it did arrive it was less than 3 months before it was getting chips in and the gloss was coming off. I complained to furniture and choice and they sent a technician out who said it was well looked after but the damage was through normal wear and tear after 8 months (we haven't had it 8 months, we've had it 3). So I complained again and was told I'd have to pay for a certified technician to re do the assessment if I wanted anything done about it. Completely disappointed and awful customer service. Avoid!
