Absolutely Worst Sofa Experience – Never Buy from Furniture And Choice I regret every single pound I spent with Furniture And Choice. I paid £2300 for this sofa, believing it would last long-term. Within just one year, the material started peeling and coming off badly. These pictures are after only 3 years, and the sofa looks absolutely destroyed. We even spent another £300 on sofa covers to try and protect it, but the damage was already done. Despite contacting Furniture And Choice, their response was shocking – they refused to help because we didn’t buy their “extra cover (insurance).” For such an expensive sofa, basic quality should be guaranteed, without needing to pay extra for protection against poor materials. This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. Buying such a big item online was a huge mistake. My advice – never buy a sofa online without physically checking it. Go to a proper retail store, sit on it, feel the material, and know what you’re paying for. Online pictures can be very misleading, and once you realize the quality is poor, it’s too late. I strongly warn others – do not buy from Furniture And Choice. Their products are poor quality, and their customer service is equally disappointing. Save your money, and shop elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy when it comes to durability or standing behind their products.
