I bought a new sofa.
First I had issues with the underneath and feet holes not been drilled properly. That took a week or so to replace the with my 2 seater the foam part of the seat collapsed in 2 places, they sent someone to rectify this. Now it has done it again and no it’s past 12 months so it’s my problem. I have had nothing but issues from the start. AVOID!
