I booked 3 mattresses with this seller through best buy. They accepted the order, charged my credit card and after 1 week I see in the shipment status as shipment cancelled. They did not even inform me about the order cancellation. I was traveling with kids from another country to this new house where I was supposed to get the mattresses delivered. It caused me so much inconvenience.
These guys are very unprofessional. Please do not get tempted by their false discounts. They give a pathetic service and painful end.
