I ordered a bunk bed over a month ago, they charged my credit card immediately, after not hearing anything for a week I called them, they told me it would be 6 weeks before my purchase would be shipped and that I could cancel if I like. I have been trying to call them multiples times a day for the past week only to get voicemail and nobody calls me back, I have emailed, sent message on fb. I am really at a loss as how to proceed. I can only think to dispute the charge on my credit card and possibly call the police. HELP!
