Considering that Fxpro minimum trading volume is micro lots and the min required deposit is $100 for a Standard account I would confidently say that it’s the best broker for rookies.
Plus the access to several platforms will be also valuable experience. since metatrader is good but a trader must know how to trade with different platforms. Although they are similar to some extent.
