Account verification process proved difficult. I understand the importance of KYC, but such process should provide multiple options that would not stress the users. If I don't have the particular document being requested, their should be alternative, provided I'm able to prove my identity. I used almost three days in trying to set up my profile, as the responses from their live chat were not helpful, I had to sort the attention of Tranxchk before I could scale through.
