Account verification process proved difficult. I understand the importance of KYC but such process should include multiple options to provide other means of identification without going through a lot of stress as I earlier encountered with their app. I used about 3 days in trying to set up my profile, as the responses from their live chat were unhelpful and customers support unresponsive. Kudos to Tranxchk for their swift response and invaluable help. I would rather give 5 star ⭐ to TRANXCHK.
