Customer service representative Christian K was extremely helpful - Christian explained the situation, the options, and then helped me very quickly to get my issue settled. In a time that customer service seems to be a company's last priority, I was very pleasantly surprised with the care I received.
I have never shopped FY before, but I can be sure I'll be a return customer now.
