“There is customer service and there is above and beyond customer service and Fy fall into the second camp. I received exceptional customer service even though the mistake was entirely mine, the team treated me with great understanding. Their communication was excellent and they went out of their way to find a solution. In this world of AI it is rare to come across such friendly, responsive and genuinely customer focused. “A problem cropped up with my much loved Keukenof Gardens print. FY! were absolutely amazing and replaced it free of charge. They're a brilliant print company and their customer service is second to none (You know who you are Chloe). I would highly recommend FY! to anyone looking for high quality prints.”

“I ordered two prints who are amazing. Another one was a bit blurry, but Chloe from customer care is so friendly and very helpful. Within 24 hours I received an answer and I was being helped very quick and kind. I highly recommend Fy.”

“The website has a great range of designs, with ordering and delivery very straightforward. One of my prints wasn't quite right and the customer service team were super quick to rectify and provide a refund. Similarly l ordered the wrong colour frame for another print and the team were happy to rectify. Huge shout of to Chloe who was a great help!”

“Exceptional customer service. The print I ordered looked great and was true to the website images, but I had to return due to being not quite the right size for my living room. Chloe was very helpful and quick in getting back to me and processed the refund straight away. Will be sure to order again and recommend Fy!”

“UPS lost my order in a warehouse in my state. I contacted FY customer service. The service agent Chloe contacted me in less than 24 hours, let me know the status of my order , replaced the lost item and kept me updated every step of the way. Chloe was very professional and kind throughout the process.”
