“Great company to deal with! I did have a small issue regarding despatch, and Chloe went over and above to make sure I received my order. “There is customer service and there is above and beyond customer service and Fy fall into the second camp. I received exceptional customer service even though the mistake was entirely mine, the team treated me with great understanding. Their communication was excellent and they went out of their way to find a solution. In this world of AI it is rare to come across such friendly, responsive and genuinely customer focused. “A problem cropped up with my much loved Keukenof Gardens print. FY! were absolutely amazing and replaced it free of charge.
