“Exceptional customer service. The print I ordered looked great and was true to the website images, but I had to return due to being not quite the right size for my living room. Chloe was very helpful and quick in getting back to me and processed the refund straight away. Will be sure to order again and recommend Fy!”

“UPS lost my order in a warehouse in my state. I contacted FY customer service. The service agent Chloe contacted me in less than 24 hours, let me know the status of my order , replaced the lost item and kept me updated every step of the way. Chloe was very professional and kind throughout the process.”

“Don't sign up to Iamfy as an artist Don't sign up to this as an artist! I uploaded 30 pieces of artwork, couple of days later, without warning, all my artwork disappeared! Eventually got an email from them that said: "the Artwork you have submitted is not the right fit for our audience and objectives at Fy!" These were African/Aztec/Wildlife and Abstract wall artwork, what was Iamfy's issues? The same artwork are on other platforms which I have submitted without any issues! Further research on other review platforms revealed numerous artists that have grievances and complaints of various topics with Iamfy, wish I had read them sooner.”

“This organization operates unethically, deceiving individuals into investing their hard-earned funds through inflated profit claims. Subsequently, they intimidate clients by threatening to restrict access to their funds unless personal information is submitted upon request for withdrawals. I experienced this firsthand, as they denied me the ability to withdraw my money from their investment platform. Fortunately, I discovered lilo=grace=75 @=gmail=.com , which assisted me in recovering my funds. you can also reach them on whatsapp: +1=615=414=15=62.”

“Do not order from this company- they advertise one thing and send you their best shot at it- I’m now stuck with a sweatshirt that my daughter won’t wear as they don’t do refunds. Then had the nerve to tell me they’re working on getting better ! Save your money - this place is a scam”

“This is a disgusting system to work with if you are the artist. We have not been paid since December. Despite numerous emails, we have not even had the courtesy of a response. This is not the first time either. We were put on a payment plan to 'pay off" our sales despite the fact they had the advantage of our sales from 6 months prior. If you're an artist take my advice and stay well away unless you want to donate your art and not get paid.”

“Bad experience. First order and the frame described as oak was not real but engineered wood. The print requested was nice but completely offset and crooked. Horrible sloppy framing. Cheap backing and the wall bracket was off center by an inch. Worst online experience for framed art ever!!”

“I paid $250 for a large "photographic print". What arrived was much worse quality than a home inkjet printer could achieve. I actually laughed because I couldn't believe they had the cheek to send anything out, if it was so clearly going to be nothing like the image on the website.”

“The print arrived in a timely manner and I received assuring emails in advance of today's delivery. This morning I read lots of bad reviews about Fy so I was nervous about opening the package. Bummer! The image is very blurry. I am unlikely to receive any compensation. Shame on me for ordering from a business that advertises on social media. I broke my own rule.”

“Shocking quality of the frame and PLASTIC "glass", what? we paid almost $300 for 3 artworks printed and framed... the A2 size frame is even skewed... Very disappointed, and won't be ordering anything there framed.”
