“Despite delivery problems not caused by Fy they took ownership and control almost immediately without any prompting and resolved the position to total satisfaction. 100pcent a company you should deal with”

“I have ordered prints from FY on 3 or 4 separate occasions now and I have been really happy with all of them. Most recent order had a slight issue with delivery (nothing major, just Evri being Evri), but I appreciated getting a swift email reply from Chloe and that they were on the case to make sure it resolved. Will have no hesitation using them for more pictures in future, thank you!”

“There is customer service and there is above and beyond customer service and Fy fall into the second camp. I received exceptional customer service even though the mistake was entirely mine, the team treated me with great understanding. Their communication was excellent and they went out of their way to find a solution. In this world of AI it is rare to come across such friendly, responsive and genuinely customer focused. “A problem cropped up with my much loved Keukenof Gardens print. FY! were absolutely amazing and replaced it free of charge.
