“Exceptional customer service. The print I ordered looked great and was true to the website images, but I had to return due to being not quite the right size for my living room. Chloe was very helpful and quick in getting back to me and processed the refund straight away. Will be sure to order again and recommend Fy!”

“UPS lost my order in a warehouse in my state. I contacted FY customer service. The service agent Chloe contacted me in less than 24 hours, let me know the status of my order , replaced the lost item and kept me updated every step of the way. Chloe was very professional and kind throughout the process.”

“Ordered a print called Dreamy Clouds which was kind of a misty forest look . Took 3 days to arrive and was well packed when it got here . Looks really lovely on my wall and I'm very happy with it . I will probably order again once my new kitchen is done as think another print will add that finishing touch”

“Had an amazing time looking through all the wonderful prints they have an offer and a very tricky time choosing which I liked the best (even though I'll definitely be ordering more!) the favourites function really helped here.
