I placed an order for my partners birthday present in February and entered the address (which it allowed me to do) as a PO Box. Fy then followed up with an email requesting a street address which is sent through on 24 February. I was then sent the same email again, which i replied to by forwarding my last response and AGAIN providing my street address. I am still yet to receive anything and have not received any correspondence. Since this time i have sent a facebook message and a further 2 emails which is very frustrating considering i received an email soon after purchase stating it was 'shipped'. My partners birthday has clearly been and gone and this has now become a joke about the fantasy birthday present... At the very least, please respond to emails. I understand that businesses go through busy periods but nearly 4 weeks is not acceptable.
