Bought a frame print from Fy. It arrive a few days later (super fast) but unfortunately the hanging wire was damaged (but the frame and print were perfect). I took some photos and contacted customer service. They got back to me promptly and offered a full refund and said I could keep the print. I was able to fix the hanging wire and now have the Devine print hanging in my bedroom. I was impressed with the print quality and super impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend 👍
