I hoped to exchange an item because I ordered it without framing, they ended up refunding the original print and I just ordered with the frame. Prompt response time and definitely didnt expect to just get a refund. They ended up saving me a lot of time (I didnt realize how expensive framing is for big prints) will definitely shop again thank you Magali!
