I am still waiting after nearly a month for a set of shelves to be delivered. Fy took 2.5 days to respond to my first message, and after another week passed, I sent another email. I have been waiting 4 days for a response to this email and have received no update on my missing parcel. I feel like I have wasted nearly €200 and I will take the matter further. Fy customer service is extremely poor - Beware!
