Excellent customer service. I chose a large sized print, when it arrived the image was pixelated and grainy so I sent Fy a message. 6 days later I received a reply to say this is quite rare and that they’ve removed the option for the large size in that particular print, and issued me a full refund. Can’t ask for more than that! Would definitely buy from them again.
