I accidentally wrote the wrong house number on my order for two prints. Fy were amazingly helpful and friendly when I explained what I had done. They gave me the link to track my parcel and offered to resend my order free of charge if i had no luck in retrieving it! Luckily, I managed to get my parcel and I have framed my prints which are very good quality and look amazing in my frames! Very helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be ordering from Fy again (they have some gorgeous stuff) and recommending to family and friends! Ps. Get the app. I have all of my favourite items saved on my app.
