I'm reviewing the service rather than the pillow, medium/firm was too firm for me, I have a neck condition and did consider exchanging for the medium soft but was recommended and bought a Dunlopillow instead. However, it was no trouble at all for the company to refund me, and quickly too. So far so good with the Dunlpoillow but should it not work out I will be back to GX to try the medium/soft.
