I have been using these pillows (medium firm) for over a week, and I find them very comfortable. I feel that I have spent a fortune on various pillows over the past 10 years and these are definitely the most comfortable.
I have put each pillow in 2 pillowcases, so I should not have any need to wash the pillows themselves - I am in my 60s and have never washed pillows.
There is a recommendation to turn the pillow each day - I find no problem doing that, I just flip them over as I get out of bed and shake the duvet and make the bed.
