1. G2A AND ITS SELLER “EPICKEYSRO” DELIVERED THE KEYCODE TO ME BUT FAILED TO HELP ME DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT. They gave me a key code and a link. However, the link and their Support instructions ended in errors. The product was MS Office.
2. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME ALTHOUGH THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT DOWNLOADABLE FOR ME.
3. THEIR SYSTEMS WERE FAULTY. The seller disclosed that the product couldn’t be installed on Google Chrome. However, I successfully installed the same product on Chrome, purchased later from another vendor.
