I have been with gadget cover insurance for years and never had any issues yet this last time i have paid £75 excess to have my samsung s7 edge fixed and mmi have on numerous occasions come up with an excuse on why it would be my fault that the phone was not tested even though the phone was said to be “broken beyond fixing” at one point.
Very bad customer service by mmi but Alex from super gadget has been good up to now but not easy to get hold of which is a shame.
As it stands i will be making a formal complaint to the highest form if needs be.
There are many phone insurances out there. When my renewal is up i will be contemplating others.
