Their courier service they use for collection are the worse I have ever come across, they could not even provide a contact number for them to chase the courier up to get an estimated time for collection, they didn't even know thee name !! and your suppose to trust them with the repair of your laptop, you wouldn't even know if it would eventually arrive to repairers
