MMI have had my phone for over 2 weeks now and have constantly played me along stating they would prioritise my phone. Thir turnaround should be 5 days.
Now they say they have posted it but the tracking states 'Sender preparing item' which if you google means they have generated a tracking number but not actually posted it, so they are lying to me yet again to buy more time
Gadget cover hasn't really helped either
Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Avoid if you can
