Over 3 weeks back n forth. Allegedly repaired a crashed iPhone (Genius report said it couldn’t be repaired) - repaired and returned inside 14hours. Constantly crashing and shutting down within an hour of turning back on. Not holding or taking a charge. Now claiming a restore on the PC will fix it. Using as the repair agent for Super Gadget Cover Insurance.
MMI trying to engage in a separate service contract.
All round shambles and poor customer service from both parties
