The key came within 5 minutes of payment. The initial one was a duplicate but I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. I was given another one that worked fine once I'd sent a screenshot of the relevant Steam account details. Whole process was about half an hour. Would buy from them again, game was almost half the price that it would have been from Steam or GOG.
