Now I have been accused of blackmail CS is a joke.
Now they want me to provide full screenshots of my steam to prove that I'm not scamming them! I keep posting updates because the complaint keeps growing they have requested I send them a screen shot of my redemption history for arma 3 (the game the gave me a key of someone else has redeemed.) I provided a redemption history of that included the numerical/alphabetical range 1- b including the entire a section where arma 3 would reside and redemption history back to 2015!
You would think this would be enough but I am informed I must provide a full screenshot including my account info to a company who has given me a code someone else has redeemed.
They seem to be more bothered about the review here than the transaction they have messed up.

They have decided they will not be dealing with me anymore until I provide full screen shots of every game I have and my entire redemption history. Just look at the rest of their replies to negative reviews here its never their fault I know you want to save a little money but there is a reason it is cheap. Avoid this company like the plague.
Update Now I have emailed steam support who confirmed the code has been used (something the customer service had assured was not possible) a year ago but apparently I now need to provide my full transcript regarding this. Honestly exasperated with this attitude.”

On contacting the game manufacturers I discovered I had been sold the key for the 2016 version yet the man wouldn't refund me. It was advertised as the up-to-date version. Be very careful what you are buying as a download and don't buy from this company.”

Everything written in this review is a lie and I mean everything. It wasn't an 'activation' it was a download link and it took exactly 4 minutes for the order to be processed and dispatched. We received 3 emails prior to today which were all responded to. The one email we have received today was sent 3 minutes prior to leaving this review. Also as for him not being able to get it to work we also received confirmation from Steam that he has in fact claimed the game we sent him.
