purchased a steamkey that was already in use in another account they asked for screenshots which i provided multiple times after 7 days they have done nothing and do not reply to any emails,they have taken my money and riped me off as far as i am concerned they are scammers!!!!!!!

As title stated purchased a game key and was informed by steam that the key is already in use with another account, leading me to believe the codes have been obtained through nefarious methods. Update rather than sort the issue out they would rather take umbrage with this review : "That's not how it works nor do we appreciate the slanderous review you just left considering we have been in communication and are trying to sort out the issue." No solution has been given. Now I have been accused of blackmail CS is a joke. Now they want me to provide full screenshots of my steam to prove that I'm not scamming them! I keep posting updates because the complaint keeps growing they have requested I send them a screen shot of my redemption history for arma 3 (the game the gave me a key of someone else has redeemed.) I provided a redemption history of that included the numerical/alphabetical range 1- b including the entire a section where arma 3 would reside and redemption history back to 2015! You would think this would be enough but I am informed I must provide a full screenshot including my account info to a company who has given me a code someone else has redeemed. They seem to be more bothered about the review here than the transaction they have messed up. Update: They have decided they will not be dealing with me anymore until I provide full screen shots of every game I have and my entire redemption history. Just look at the rest of their replies to negative reviews here its never their fault I know you want to save a little money but there is a reason it is cheap. Avoid this company like the plague. Update Now I have emailed steam support who confirmed the code has been used (something the customer service had assured was not possible) a year ago but apparently I now need to provide my full transcript regarding this. Honestly exasperated with this attitude.

Big mistake choosing this company. I won’t use them again. Sold me out-of-date key. Correct up-to-date version is available from App Store and other sellers. But I discovered that too late. Gamers 247 suggested I sort the problem myself, by contacting the developers, and flatly refused a refund.

I bought a download game from this man for my son which didn't work as expected. The man from here told me this was because it wasn't the "full version". On contacting the game manufacturers I discovered I had been sold the key for the 2016 version yet the man wouldn't refund me. It was advertised as the up-to-date version. Be very careful what you are buying as a download and don't buy from this company.

The activation took time to arrive, left me wondering what was happening, the when I did receive it I couldnt get it to work, left messages with steam and gamers without any response.

Everything written in this review is a lie and I mean everything. It wasn't an 'activation' it was a download link and it took exactly 4 minutes for the order to be processed and dispatched. We received 3 emails prior to today which were all responded to. The one email we have received today was sent 3 minutes prior to leaving this review. Also as for him not being able to get it to work we also received confirmation from Steam that he has in fact claimed the game we sent him.

Bought a game, couldn't get it to run on my laptop after trying to change the compatability on the properties. Looked for help from the company that sold it to me and they fobbed me off with a link to the forum. The forum had no answer to my problem so I guess you got my money and I get an inactive icon on my desktop.

Actually what you bought was a key so that you could acquire the game at a lower price. As we are neither the game designers, the game publishers or the game distributors we are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may be experiencing and yet we took the time to reply to your email with a link to a place where you may find a solution.

Paid £19.99 for Win X DVD Ripper, got the activation code quick enough along with 3 other emails, none had a download link. Download not available from website, downloaded from other website activation code did not work. Seems like money down the drain.

This is a scam! I was given an activation key but no where to input the key and when I asked for a refund as I couldn’t activate the game I was told no. What a joke!

Buyer was sent this email; This item is an activation key only for the retail version of the game, there is no download supplied, do you still wish to proceed with the order? His reply; Yes, please proceed with the order. Now hes complaining he cannot redeem the key on Steam or Origin to download the game. In his last email he opened with; This is such a scam and you’re a complete c***! No customer service representative or human being should be subject to such torrid abuse that they have received from Berni King (who surprise surprise has lef their review anonymous but we are naming and shaming) when they are only doing their job in a courteous manner.

Purchased a licence key that had already been used by someone else. Customer service response was unhelpful and rude. Issue still not resolved as neither a working key nor a refund have been provided. Avoid this scammer.

As with any claim a buyer is asked to provide evidence of the alleged problem. In this case we asked for a single screenshot with their email address visible to prove that the license key wasn't redeemed by them, once this has been received we said we would issue a replacement or a refund. However the buyer to date has failed to provide a screenshot where the email address matches the one the key was sent to. As soon as we refused his claim he started name calling as hes done in his review even though we have taken the time to reply to all of his emails (10 times so far). He also argues why he should even have to provide evidence that we should take him on his word. It is quite clear who is trying to scam who here yet we remain open to his evidence otherwise and will be happy to replace or refund once its received as we have said to him numerous times.

the most terrible customer services I have ever experienced .....no telephone number and just standard emails in reply to questions.....lets see if they respond to this review may even send details to mail on sunday

Another inaccurate review as we have responded to all of the customers emails. The emails are concise and not 'standard' responses as each response is tailored to the initial query. If it was as terrible as Martin claims then we would just have ignored them, we even put this argument to the customer following the review and to no surprise we haven't heard anything back since.

I ordered Age of Empires III [Complete Collection] (PC) witch was a Steam Key this was email quite quickly but the key was invalid. I contacted sales*gamers247.co.uk and jumped through several hoops to prove this i was then sent another key the flowing day witch was also invalid. i contacted support three times during that day and had no response. so i requested a refund. the response was that i had only sent one email and that it was being investigated. i emailed back proving other wise only to be told to "stop spamming there inbox" at this point i have informed them i will be complaining to trading Standards I have been ripped off and now that i am complying about not receiving what i have ordered,i have started to get very rude responses or none at all. Do not purchase from this company save your money. Edit

We have sent 8 emails to this customer explaining what is already clearly written on our website. Our refund policy and system requirements for the product are not hidden nor are they in small print however this customer has chosen to ignore them. The only thing accurate about this review is that its the customers mistake not ours and yet, again we have received an unfair 1 star review.
