“Awful customer service.
Unable to use the game code purchased, due to poor and unclear description on the website.
Kindly asked whether I may be able to have a refund issued, to which I received a rude reply, and was informed that no refund would be given.
Totally unacceptable, and extremely disappointing.
Would not recommend or use this website again.”
Product was clearly described, at the very top of the product description it states this: 'activation key only NO DOWNLOAD' and at the bottom of the product description it states: ' Please Note: This purchase is for a key only which will extend your current subscription or unlock the full product. ' How exactly is that unclear ?
“An absolute farce from start to finsh. I was unable to download the game that I had purchased and the support is extremely poor. I am not able to get a refund either. Please bear this in mind before purchasing anything from this company, don't get conned like I did. My experienmce with this company has been absolutely horrendous and now they don't even bother to reply to my emails for support. BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!”
Firstly Gary we have replied to 14 of your emails all within a 24 hour period so how you can say the support is 'extremely poor' or that we don't reply is a lie. Secondly during the discourse of those 14 emails we have painstakingly walked you through the process of how to download the game even though the same information is conveniently provided on our website. The brick wall you find yourself at now is either due to the Company that provide the download 'Origin' or your lack of IT skills which is why we have pointed you in the direction of their support. All we do is supply the key to download the game not the game itself and we have tried our best to assist you.

Admittedly it was a bit slower than we usually process and order but still the order was 100% dispatched to buyers email address.

“I recently purchased Virus protection software from this site, I thought I followed the instructions to the letter on how to validate it . by downloading some extra software. I input the activation code supplied It said it was invalid. I tried numerous times, copied and pasted it, got someone else to do it just in case but still came up invalid. So I emailed the help department. Asking for HELP. the response I got was
" The key wasn't invalid because I have now redeemed it on my personal account you must have been doing something wrong "
Maybe this was the case but I still can't use the product I have paid for. I replied again asking for help. Five days later I am still awaiting a reply”
